What to do when you come across offending content on this site
31 July 2012 Fellow Arellanites, Lately we have run into some problems with our site. We had a virus attack a few months ago and yesterday, according to Mario Arocha, some unwanted Web links to porn sites appeared on the pages, to go with a few other offending content. In this age of the Internet, say hello to the dark underbelly of cyberspace. There are just too many people out there with time on their hands and nothing better to do t

On what year was Arellano High School born?
The year Arellano High School was born -- 1918, as stated in Mrs. Cristobal's account -- does not seem to be consistent with other accounts on the dates Arellano and three other Manila high schools were founded: M. Araullo High School (Manila South),in 1921, V. Mapa High School (Manila East )in 1923 and F. Torres High School (Manila West) in 1925. It is worth noting that the aforementioned four high schools sprang from one mother school, Manila High School, which was established in 1906. Other accounts name 1921 as the year the the Arellano was founded.. As has been traditionally a
